Are the Rocky movies the best series of films ever made?

Not just talkin film by film but the story line of his life all the way through.

Granted, the first 2 were alright. But 3, 4, 5 and the one that just came out? Man, they were reaching too far. Kinda like the Saw Series and The Matrix series, the first one was good, the rest blew.
The only series I can see that best would apply to is prolly the original star wars. Cause the new star wars blows, it should never be mentioned. |

Just said i'd throw it out there.I'm interested to hear peoples opinions and what they think is the best.Just got through watching the last Rocky film so used it as a jumpin off point
