A new day dawns
Shedding its cloak of darkness
Slipping into its brilliant coat of light
As the day is dawning I am reborn
Shedding my cloak of self doubt and fear
Slipping into my own coat of brilliance
So that I may shine and become one with the light
Gone are the lingering feelings of emptiness
Replaced with the knowledge that I am indeed loved
Slowly now I become ,opening my petals
Blooming before the worlds eyes
Reach for me now as I stand before you
Take my hand and travel with me as I journey into the light
