Oh yeah I forgot Canadians are evil lol jking! But there needs to be some place where people like me can figure out to carve out a meek existence, one that tells you how to spend your money wisely, what to buy, the traps out there etc. its too easy to fall behind 
 Also have you tried the church? Around here I think they have free bread etc for poor people......

I was really lucky and my mom taught me alot about surviving nescessity and needs , pinchin penneys buyer beware , etc , sometimes you can buy a little time with bill companies by making small payments , bleh , I know what your talkin about though I've had some pretty tough times in the past ..and fear tough times in the future....

I learned how to be po from my son's dad.....I had to work when I was pregnant because he "didnt know how to work" only how to sell drugs......before that I was a spoiled little princess.....Im glad though for what he taught me.......I hate living day by day and will not ever go through that again!!
