why the hell did he run? i mean they would ave traced the car back to him anyway..silly mistake to make , but im sure he will be ok!!

we are friends now, and he was driving one of our others friends home cause i was too drunk. ... obviously he was too.

Well, that's not the WORST night ever.. they coulda shot you. That'd be much worse, right? I hope you have insurance. There's probably a reason you refer to him as an "ex", right? Totaling your car only proves you have good judgment about him. I hope he doesn't die. Good luck! (=

Man what a night!! No he shouldn't get shot, but he needs to just turn himself in then he will not be in that position for them to shoot him!!! Some men never learn...Good Luck and prayers your way!!

hes on probation and shouldn't even been driving. stupid on all accounts. but i'm so scared. i've never been so scared in my life

thats explains why he ran then...under the influence!! tut tut, hes lucky he didnt kill someone either!

that is messed up.i feel for you.i hope you are ok.was he on your insurance still. did you give him permission to drive it.i would go talk to a lawyer asap.cover your but girl.

im glad our police dont have guns... yeah they'd club the guy to death or tazer him lol |
morning debs!! did you have a late nite hun?
well um thats why hes ur ex for doing all those messed up things... well honestly if you run from the cops its kind of like resisting arrest and technically cops can do what ever is necessary to get him in custody to avoid danger to other in the vicinity. so its not a bad thing but not good either

they dont have guns, tend to use dogs to bring them down.i mean they have them if they are dealing with someone with a gun..but they bring the armed officers in for that.our police just have the old batons!!

we are friends now, and he was driving one of our others friends home cause i was too drunk. ... obviously he was too. Though I know excessive force exists, they don't usually shoot drunk drivers even if they ARE resisting arrest. There has to be some other imminent danger. Get the rest of the story. |
