Well,
I wias a truck driver before I got into computers and also have over a
million miles under my belt on these highways. I have heard the warnings
of this in the past but I don't pay attention to them either. Shoot I
even flash my headlights after passing deer in the road to let
oncomming cars know what is ahead of them. If I get killed over it then
it is my time to go I guess. When I do pass away it will be a sign to me
that I have done whatever it was that I am meant to do while I am here
on earth. Death is not a frightening thought to me these days. Maybe I
am hard but I have lost 5 associates and people I was close to in the
past 6 months or so.

nahhh that's not being hard Kevin, I know how you feel. There were 7 of
us that were best friends since Grade 4. By the time I was 33, I was the
only one still alive. On 2 seperate occassions I got to helplessly watch
as a friend died right in front of me. Small wonder I started working at
a funeral home and then a cemetery.

The sad part about it was the last one that died (this morning) was my
brothers ex wifes daughter. He helped her raise that child for several
years if not a decade or more. The mother did not even have the courtesy
to tell him when she passed this morning. Her sister called my brother
to tell him and also to tell him he was not welcome at the funeral as
his ex would have him removed if he showed up. I have issues with people
like that (his Ex)big time. I don't think any human being should treat
another like that under any circumstances.
