Who helped me earlier...THANK YOU...The Norton Antivirus download did not work..frown and I didn't see anything on AVG for a MAC...thinking I'm just going to have to do an upgrade on my computer...

theres another thinger Gypsy told me about but shes at work so we cant ask her .....its spyware, search an destroy thinger....damn it I cant think of what she calls it ....

If you think of it...let me know... I'm finding almost everything is for a PC not a MAC...maybe it's time to switch...

I just remembered something...I dont know alot about computers , but I herd somewhere that Macs dont get viruses????

Spybot search and destroy will only detect spyware and adware though.

Your right...VERY rarely do Macs get a virus...but it can happen...I think I got mine from MYSPACE

I think it's just for the Windows OS though, I didn't see anything for Mac.

If you're running OSX, you don't have a virus. It's so hard to find anti-virus programs for Macs because as of now they're completely unnecessary. Their only use is preventing you from spreading viruses to non-Mac friends through email and such.

So I don't know what problem you're having, but I doubt a virus is causing it.
