And as for the state of West Va im not even sure. This state has some of the weirdest laws it aint even funny. The worst law ive seen so far is If you have a registered Pet and someone kills it, That person can be charged with Murder. I can understand being charged with some sort of crime, but murder?

Only if the pet is registered. I thought I was being lied to so I checked into it and sure enough yep. Now to my knowledge not 1 person has been charged with this. From what ive seen the worst charge someone has gotten was a felony animal cruelty charge and 2 yrs in prison .
