Topic: Man Law! - part 9 | |
---|---|
sorry, how are you this morning AD?
Little to quick on the post button |
LOL... that's ok... I'm not awake either and I haven't been to sleep yet!
Just got in from shoveling the sidewalks here... waiting for another hour or so before I fire up the tractor and run the snowblower Bleah! |
Man that sucks! Lot of snow, I take it? I heard you all were gonna get pounded. My sister too, in MI.
Stay warm, or try to anyway |

speak, OC, we know you can
I know I can do but I like my faces
Yeah, there's three or four inches out there already and it's hard to figure out how much more they're calling for.
Winter storm watch on until noon today but from the looks of the radar it'll be long gone in another couple hours... unless this thing is a LOT slower than it looks. |
Heya OC! How the hell have you been??
Didja hear we found JT?? |
Who knows, I wish I could get paid as much as the weather people to not know or just be flat out wrong! If I screwed up as much, I'd get fired
aint been to bad at all and how u been doing AD
yes winnie told me |
no kidding!
now it looks like they're calling for another inch or two before this stops... trying to decide if I want to run the snowblower now... or wait for it all to finish... but then I don't think some of my tenants can get out in a couple hours if I don't run it now... Dammitall anyway... |
Damn tenants! And you know if you don't, someone's gonna fall because they're not being careful and sue the hell out of you guys
Yeah, that's always a concern in this business - lawyers LOVE to chase after those evil landlords...
Not too bad OC... been goofy lately with idiot tenant problems here and there but overall a decent winter so far. |
Well, if you wanna deal with something else, my dishwasher won't latch close
Will the door close all the way? Chances are you have something blocking it - something jammed in the bottom of the door usually. Like a knife or a piece of a broken tupperware lid or a plastic measuring spoon (those seem to fly around in there).
No, nothing jammed, that was the first thing I looked for. It's the lever that locks it? It won't close. I just keep forgetting to call maintenance, which I need to do, I'm running out of dishes
