To draw the SOUL, a talent I can't find in me
To write SOUL, a reason to express what I believe.
In words that express our inner desire of being.
A descriptive idea of living, feeling and seeing.

Some display SOUL through dance, song or game.
God's true reason for making us different, not all the same.
Sometimes what SOUL means in my everyday.
Walks in my room, and surrounds me with childlike play.

They are constant, caring, a love so unconditional.
Sometime pure, sometimes sweet, lacking the superficial.
Our children are often filled with an infinite array of you.
The Blessing from above, from the old to the new.

SOUL... contemplate where does it really belong?
Is it in our comfort, our actions, or our favorite song?
SOUL... I believe is to belong to something heaven scent.
SOUL.. here for yesterday,for tomorrow, and for the moment.

There is SOUL food, SOUL search, and the infamous SOUL-mate.
Love of living, God in power, and whether to believe in fate.
Connected by experience, conscience, and passion for unique.
Could it be the idea on ONE SOUL-MATE, that we truly seek.

That someone that makes sense of this ever changing scene.
Someone that shares your world, making the insanity serene.
Often your SOUL is filled with the desire of your heart.
Somehow you just know that You and Your SOUL were never really apart.
