Maybe you are thinking about these men too much and are attracting them into your life repeatedly exactly because you don't want them around. So think about the type of man you do want in your life and start attracting them into your world.

I was having a similar problem, only I was attracting "bad boys" over and over again. Then, when I really thought about it, even though I didn't want a long-term relationship with these bad boys, I did enjoy having fun with them. They made me live life differently for a little while. So I rode it out and when I was no longer having fun with it, they just sort of disappeared.

No, what my real problem is that i date guys that tell me one thing when we first start dating and make me fall for them. Then their true selfish ways come out. I am a giver and not a taker and i get taken all the time. The last one i thought was different but he's not.

I want to believe everyone, just cuz i tell the truth.

Its not that i am attracted to that type, i have dated all types. I know what i want i after dating them for a while they don't want what they had said in the beginning so i think its me. I want to meet someone that would like to spend time with each other and do things together as a couple. I don't think that is too much to ask.

Ahhh... so it's not that you get into long drawn-out relationships with these guys... it's just that you discover fairly quickly they aren't quite who they claim to be?

I've learned once you get past 30 or 35 most people who are single are that way for a REASON.

You're finding lots of guys like that because there's a LOT OF THEM out there. The ones who are sincere and decent are happily married and in their backyard playing with their kids, not on dating sites.

Just keep plugging along weeding out the losers and looking for the gem in the haystack.
