lol, if you have a miracle cure for cramps, FORK IT OVER!!! Take a can of sardines(any Kind will do) put them in a cup, pour in a little tabasco sauce, fill the rest of the cup with buttermilk, stir it up with a fork, then eat it with pringles cheesums, and chocolate cake. This really helps....Try it I think thats more of a mix to make these poor crampy woman ..puke...lmao....If I had cramps..I stick with them... ewww
