Should be plenty of time for all.....I am an EMT and remember them taking 3 nights a week.......when I took the class it was only like 140 hours.....what are they now?

Hang in there,..its well worth it. I have 5 more months left and ill be done with paramedic. And believe it or not im thinking of going further,..i must be crazy |

140 hours is still the req. However my school missed some state mandated registry date. So in return we had had two weeks off and are now being slammed hard. Trying to play catch up plus other things that need to be done = a deceased social life hah.

Great choice, have been firefighter for 18 years. Love most everyday of it. Just don't let the politics drag you down when you finally make it there. Hats off to you and welcome to the proffession....... |

 I am and will. They are fun classes, but the whole 12 hour lecture days + labs are CRAZY. My protein bars aren't cutting it anymore hahah
|

I am a nursing student. I know how you feel. I cant remember the last time I have had a life. Hang in there. When you get finished, you will have time to live again. Good luck. jen |

Lookout for number one and dont step on number two. So dont give up. I am a student nurse so i know how difficult it is but you could make long lasting friendships too.

Just remember your training, take the state exam and then party like you just won the world series....Its what i plan to do. 
Keep your mind focused and dont deviate. You will make a great EMT. I know it. Bye luv
