The only thing I can do halfway worth a crap is deadlift, my bench is weak and my squat form sucks. I'm working on it though grumble

you doin squats in a cage or smith machine?

shoulders and core strength will improve bench, so will deadlifts so keep at it

my bench weakness is partially a function of a sore shoulder that I can't get rid of .... but it's improving, I think I'm figuring out what was bothering it (rotator cuff I think)

I'm pretty strong on deads (considering I've done them about 5 or 6 times), I did 425 twice yesterday as a new best, I think I could do 445 or something like that once.

Good shiit. I still do squats on a smith machine for the form. it's so easy to come out of it.

I had the same deal with my shoulder couple years ago. fuccked it up doin behind the neck military press. my fault, i knew the exerice limited to ROM but was hardheaded then. cost me 3 months off.. if the problem persist i would see a sports doc as soon as possible so you can rehab it.

that's real good pulls for DL. what do you train for?

lol, I'm just training to lose weight and look decent... not really anything beyond that

I do work out with Jeff though and he was a big powerlifter a few years ago... still could be, if he chose to - so that's the kind of training I guess I am doing, but I'm not trying to compete or anything

coolbeans.. just keep diet to par, biggest thing when losing weight. stay on track with that appearance will follow. good luck, stay motivated!
