I drink pop just not as much as I used to,I dont drink water like I should,usually drink tea.I need to start drink stuff thats more healthy for me

Doc's at Mayo. told a old drunk friend of mine. Forget the pop, it is harder on you than the booze. I agree, learned to drink with water for mix or straight on the rocks. Headaches are a lot less. More & more proof as to how bad pop is for you.

yea i've tried to cut out the pop too. Feel better although i'm drinking more tea now.

Tea has benefits to it. Just keep the sweetners as low as poss, if any.
