Let people know next time if you want advice or simply want to whine. You can't say one thing and expect another. It goes back to the imbalance statement. How about this one? Tell your boss you don't respect him and tell him why. Show ya got some and accept the promotion that will surely follow. Just do it when others are there as witnesses. Good luck.
