How can I take my picture of my profile? I know to go to edit photo and hit delete but nothing happens and my picture is still there. I want it out of my profile. Somebody please help me! Dianna

Thanks, I appreciate the support. I just wish if the botton says delete it should delete. How hard can that be!

they get little bugs every now and then. i just deleted every picture i had about a month ago and it worked then so the bug is recent

Dianna - do you have javascript turned on? One way to test this is to go to this profile: http://www.justsayhi.com/vanchau If you click on the pictures under "More Pictures", does the big picture change? Let us know what happens and we'll keep looking into the problem.

try hitting delete and then sign out? and then sign back in???.... just an idea ... i dunno

OK, that means your javascript in your browser is turned off. What browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, etc.) and operating system (Windows XP, Mac OS X, etc.) are you using? I found this page that shows you how to turn on javascript in a bunch of browsers. Let me know if this helps: http://www.engin.umich.edu/help/javascript.html

I went to that website and my javascript is on. So, I do not know what the problem could be. the only thing that I could not do was close window and go to EGXpress window do that last step.

I HAVE A MAC LAP TOP IBOOK G4 AND I HAVE JUNO. I DELETED MY PROFILE AND NOW I AM STILL TRYING TO DELETE MY PICTURE. AS YOU CAN SEE IT IS STILL THERE! DIANNA
