If a woman gets herself pregnant by using the sperm in a condem, without the mans knowlege, should the man be responsible for the child?

Sad thing to this...actual case history. A woman PURPOSELY gets herself pregnant (by many different means) she can take off, NEVER letting the father know, then come back and in many states get child support from the time of the BIRTH of the child! in other states it can be like 5 years arrearage, etc. Talking about some MAJOR BULLSH*T for men!!!

that would be terrible..but sperm "could" excape if u kept going and it seeped up..lol but perposely done..just wrong.... if a child is conceived reguarless of protection...thats the chance u take for sticking it in.... so I am 50/50 on this one... very difficult to answer.... so did that happen to u ..if u don't mind me asking????

sorry it was done to me and court held me responisble freaky but very true woman in question thought she could trap me into marriage but it totally backfired in her face.i pay child support but never married her lol her fault not mine

Not at all! If she does that nasty thing where they take it out of the garbage and insert it, then she has some issues! I do not think that you should be held responsable for the child at all!! Good luck and I am sorry she was so childish and desperate!
