Oh how I wish I could just obliterate that day
Erase the memory
My every thought spinning as each word floats before my eyes
I’m sorry but he passed away

Huge spots cover the words now jumbled into nonsense
The man I so deeply loved
Will forever rest with the angels
Upon a cloud far beyond heavens gates
No longer will his voice float to my ears
Our dreams of forever were shattered
Never again to be re-constructed
IT MUST BE A MISTAKE
The words boomed like thunder
Tied together with sheer hysteria
Shakey fingers dial his cell phone
No answer…
A single word barely escaped dry lips
Then…
Darkness
That only brought more tourment
For every dream was him

A loss of a loved one leaves us so very confused
