UNDERSTANDING WOMEN
(A MAN'S PERSPECTIVE) I know I'm not going to understand women. I'll never understand how you can take boiling hot wax, pour it onto your upper thigh, rip the hair out by the root, and still be afraid of a spider. |

I cant figure it out either

That is an enigma.

it's the ends not the means. pulling out hair satisfies a constructed social want (i.e. looking good). Spiders are part of nature and so few people take the time to understand and appreciate the spider for its own beauty and role in life, and so it is feared.

you're right, I usually don't get jokes
although my confusion doesn't end with just that pairing. My keyboard would break down if I tried to type all the questions I had. |

Hmm, I think women are only afraid of spiders when a man is there. I've never been around a woman during a bikini wax so I just wonder if they would act any differently then.

You have it backwards! Real men pour boiling hot wax on a spider and take it to show and tell; and we are still afraid of women. Fear can be a good thing.

Pain and grossness are two completely different things! Since we are "designed" to have babies our pain tolerance level is high.
With spiders it isn't a pain issue they are ugly and gross and when you squash them they crunch.... |

I'm scared around women when they're standing on a chair in psychological mayhem, screaming, "Get it! Get it! Get it!" But the thing that scares me the most is if I miss the dang thing and it gets away. I KNOW that stupid spider is gonna suck my blood when I'm asleep!
