Apricot Chicken...
Chicken Breasts (sliced thin,) Bell Stuffing mix, Shredded Mozzerella Cheese, a jar of apricot glaze, pack of bacon...
in large bowl, mix stuffing mix, eggs, shredded mozz... I dont really have an amount for you, I just sorta wing it... lil water, and lil milk... basically, get it to a thick consistancy like stuffing should be. add some shallots, minced garlic if oyu like, spice to taste.. lay out the chicken breasts, and apply stuffing to one end, roll it up, and wrap in a strip or two of bacon. Next heat oven to 425, and in a large baking pan, arrange Rolled up chicken, and smother in apricot glaze... bake for 45 minutes to an hour again I am approxamate and I just wing it when I cook...

Take some skinless chicken breast and grill it with lemons.
cut it up in thin strips and put over a salad.

Simple Chicken Salad... Top it off with a glass of wine, and ya done.. CHEAP !!! Quick, Simple, Romantic.

This sounds perfect! sans the wine if you dont drink...maybe have a few choices for beverages and offer a choice.
Walk and movie sounds great too....I'm jealous

the dinner is just a part of the night. I was thinking of a walk afterwards and then watch a movie on the couch. One more question about the dinner, what is an alternative to wine? None of us drink.

A nice tall glass of iced tea.

I've posted something like this before with the last girl I dated, but I think it's time to post it again. I have a fourth date on Wednesday with a girl and I was planning on cooking her a candle lit dinner, does anyone have any suggestions or recipes that isn't Italian food that I could cook her? I'd like it to be fairly simple but a little romantic at the same time.

Thanks

Hey, good luck with your date tomorrow! happy
