Dark, ominous
Blackened navy sky
Creating a criminal haven
Wicked

O woe is me I said to the sea
As I turn my back to the land forgot
Look at the cities that float about
And take every inch the Lord so humbly begot
Not a spec I can see to be free
Of buildings and progress and other whatnot

Muse

Nary a word for a great long while
until, privileged, I met you.
Then they poured in single file
upon the parchment, due.

Greatness within you is what I saw,
your kindness spoken sincere.
Awareness of my many flaws;
discovery became an honest fear

So pen to paper I carefully spoke,
using the tools I justly hold
to analyze, look, and silently poke
into my subconscious mind, untold.

But now you’re lost within my world
and once again my lexis stops;
mindfully throwing me into a whorl
of blinking cursors and other flops.

Missing you terribly as I mend,
Your memory I will never lose.
This I promise until the end.
For I will always call you Muse.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the Muse lives within you, I am so happy to see you back,,, if just for a bit,,, Get that Comp fixed and enjoy your life
