We have a cabin in Blue Jay,My gr parents got 43yrs ago,
we use to go every weekend when I was younger. I've heard those trails are kewl over there, my friend is in apple valley & trailer out there alot. |

A group of us used to take the bikes over to arrowhead for a putt from
time to time during the summer. I miss that area. Sometimes I wish I never left. Lots of good memories there. Who knows if I will ever return to those mountains. here is a pic I took of the lake on my way out 2 1/2 years ago |

The trail over the rim of the world is the best riding trail I know of.
Its a little steep at times for the horses but its do able without dis-mounting. |

So you were up there after the bark beatles & the fires ??
there is a fire road by us at the end of Palm Dr. that goes to silverwood. 27 miles .. haven't tried it. |

it to nineAM. In abput 4 hours the temp is to plundge about 40 degrees immediately. |
