I BELIEVE it tastes like "Poultry" sir!!!!! That was a reponse from a waiter in a very nice restraunt when I asked what allagator tail tasted like.....lol My date and I had just been disgusting what it tasted like and SHE said, probably chicken, then the waiter walked up. When he said POULTRY, I about lost it,,,and said,,,,ya mean like CHICKEN HUH???,,,lol
