I'm scared to try massage again it makes me sick , apparently thers chemicals in the muscles that are realeased in massage
theres chemicals that do there part in all this ... they dont know didly squat either.........if I try to lift my arms I get a tearing stabbing pain an automatically the arms retract , they will NOT go that high no higher then my boobs , reaching is not going to work today , no way am I gonna get bens gay on this I cant move very well.......

most asprin rash , ibuprophin an a few others make me really sick as well as rash , baby asprin seems to give me less of a rash , I'll gulp some down but nothing can fix me ... this is 12 years now I've had this ... its gettin worse
