who else has crazy insomnia like myself?

I do. Sometimes I go close to a week without sleeping.

sometimes....i get like 3-4hours sleep a night...not too bad but not great either

I am not an insomniac. I just am not a sleeper. Very productive life that way. I sleep 4-5 hours max...en I am good. More than that en I am groggy.

Goin on nearly 8 years of it now.Most nights if i get between 2 to four hours i'm doin very well.

I only sleep a couple hours an night been like that for years.

I rarely sleep. It started back in college.. working two, sometimes three, jobs, going to school... busting my ass.. then I just never really got into sleeping much in my own bed. I'm still like that. If I sleep at a hotel or someone's house, I sleep GREAT.. and for 8 hours! But at home, in my own bed.. only 3-4.. if that. <shrug>

If I could I could sleep ALL DAY LONG, I love to sleep, but I cant sleep when I want because of my kids, I wouldnt even be on here if I didnt have em...I'd be asleep

lmao..when i do fall asleep its great..
it just takes days sometimes over a week to get there unless i pass out..alcohol works wonders for insomnia..but then again so does xanax |

alcohol works wonders for insomnia.. No one has ever died as a direct result of insomnia. Eventually your body shuts down and you sleep. Alcohol is another story... Eventually your body shuts down and you die. I use a mixture of herbal remedies when suffering from insomnia. Meletonin, Valariun, Magnesium, Vitamin B, Magnesium, Passion Flower amd Chamomile A compound called Cortitrol taken in the morning and before bed seems to really help with stress levels. |

Alcohol can sometimes keep you up longer. Avoid caffeine in the afternoons, evenings. Reading a book might help. |

I'm like the exact opposite i can go 18-24 hours without getting up lol

Depends. If i have school on the morning then work after im pretty tired. If i just have school or work though i end up staying awake later then i should. All these stupid ideas and things pop into my head and i sit there and think about them.
