the kids bicycles are too tall for me. I can't sit and reach the pedals at the same time.
Plus weather is rain and more rain lately, so it wouldn't do me much good until spring. Used a rowing machine before a long time ago, couldn't remember what it all did that is why I was asking. Oh and that is the one exercise that doesn't bore me, since I can row away and daydream |

thats cool if you like doing it that is a huge jump
