Not at all. Lots of women love men in the military..me included. I am ex military, so I am use to the military life style. I know I need to be very independent while he is away and due to combat, some have serious issues to resolve/work on upon their return. I don't consider the distance to be an issue, as long as there is love and trust in the relationship. I would be with the right military man in a heartbeat!

love blushing No being in the military would be a selling point for most of the women I know. Military men have a certain amount of respect and dicipline that many other men lack not to mention job security, the uniform and of course the fitness requirements never hurt.

Yet most aren't used to the military lifestyle, they feel lonely and then seek out companionship which leads to disaster. Now, I'm not saying all wives are bad. I've known very good, faithful and kind military wives. It takes alot of patience, tolerance, dedication, commitment, and love to be a good military wife or husband. Because you significant other may be gone anywhere from six months to a year at least--they don't get to come home every night. So if you are with a man/woman simply because of the uniform or job security. Its best to end the relationship now.

i was married to military for 9 years all the guys i've dated since my divorce have been military,,,,,,,,,,,,so i'm gonna say no you won't have any issues with it. I have to admitt i rather prefer the military BF to the civilian once you've lived in that world it's kinda hard to adjust to the civiian one.

i think military people can find love, my dad is in the Army hes been in for about 21 years, but i dotn recomend it, many people marry for benefits, when my dad was sent to iraq each time you would hear the wives of other soldiers ask how much money they would get if there husbands died and stuff, its a very hard life for a military famiy trust me i konw

i loved the miltry life i was married army

This right here i beleive is the problem....was married army. That's i think every guys worry that is in the service you find what you think is the right girl(i married a navy brat, know that she already had a handle on the military life,or at least a little) but when i got back from my first school she cheated on me not even 8 weeks after we were married.....we stayed together because i ended up on shore duty but when i got back to my ship i went on deployment.....and came back again to her falling in love with someone else.... and i know MANY MANY wives that have cheated on their husbands while they were away....It's sad really

I was married to a military man, needless to say three children later he no longer is in love with me. But already loves another, so I will have to say I am open to military men.
