I read your profile and all I have to say is that if you don't talk about your own strengths and qualities in it, who else will? Toot your own horn proudly. Just remember there are those who might erroneously perceive assertiveness as agressiveness as surely as there are those who confuse self-confidence with arrogance. I did not take your profile as either aggressive, conceited, or arrogant. Just well written, pretty direct and concise.
