Here it is. The Weekend Roll Call is now open and here for a New year and a New Roll Call is a New Menu.
First Course Quill variation with foie-gras. Warm Stilton & Walnut Tart with Pear & Watercress salad Soup Mushroom consommé with vegetable celestine. Hot Starter Salmon roulade with pulpo carpaccio and artichokes. Main Course Florentine ~ Smoked Salmon, Sautéed Garlic Spinach, Poached Egg & Hollandaise Sauce on top of an English Muffin Lamb with potato puree and sweetbread-bean ragout. Dessert Vanilla mascarpone and raspberry mousse duet with pistachio ice-cream. Arabic Menu - Rober Salloum (For Gourmets)
Crusted hallwayo fish with coriander and tomato sesame with mmajhous rice. The Hallwayo fish fillet is marinaded with lemon juice, olive oil, and a masala of original spices Encrusted with a sambal oelek, cumin and lemon zest topping, it is then baked in the oven The dish will be served with aromatic yellow rice, pickled lemon and a spicy tomato sauce Appetiser Lucindale confit halibut, baby cos herb salad with Italian dressing. She ate all the snacks off the coffee table when I was vacuuming the dining room..ugh...then she tore apart the box they came in so I had to clean that room up for the 2nd time!
Good thing she is cute!! I put her out back to run off the sugar. Supposed to warm up to 40 today and up to 70 on Monday and Tuesday - just yesterday it was 15 brrrrrrrr |
