Hi, l remember that if a message is too big it will time-out and not "send" ...also it will only allow you to send about 3 messages to someone and then you must wait for a reply before you can send more messages to that person. Much of the software on this website is not working anymore and needs to be refreshed ...and there is nobody at home at Contact Us.
