"debate about when life really starts" Typical liberal response, when you can't refute the argument, put a spin on it to change the direction.
 In that case I guess it can be said that if anyone commits a capital crime their life hasn't really started and therefore it's ok ot execuse them. because if a court is going to determine the instant life begins, that time can be set anywhere the court decides based on the whim of the judges at that particular moment.

Get a settled opinion and then discuss. Death penalty opposition is indeed contrary to the pro-choice view. The unborn innocent have just as much(more IMO)right to live as those on death row. |

Funny how b4 abortion was legal it was still being done in a most brutal way with coat hangers in filthy back alley clinics, the reasone they made abortions legal is that to many Dr. were haveing to many young girls bleeding to death in the emergency rooms. No one is realy pro abortion we just believe in pro choice and if you raise your kids right you will never have to worry about it....well not realy kids will be kids however i see nothing wrong with it in the first trimester.

I suppose we need to first determine when true life begins. but when abortions were illegal they were still being done just illegely and with "deadly" consequences I prefer a women have a choice and the choice belongs to them within the bounds of the law.

Oh wow now we get the when abortion was illegal we had the back alley abortions going on rant. There is such a thing as birth control, self control, morning after pill etc we need not condone the legalized murder of innocent children just because some may do it illegally if it is not legal. If we follow that logic then we must legalize bank robbery because people will do it anyway. We must legalize murder because people will do it anyway. Oh hell Iam sorry, there I go again trying to use logic on liberal socialists its like rowing the boat upstream with the anchor dragging.

Dragoness,HOW MANY MURDERERS HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF PRISON ONLY TO KILL AGAIN?(by the way cool name) Thanks  It doesn't matter how many have killed again (I am not saying that fliply, it is a serious thing) but, our justice system cannot make amends to a family if it takes a life so there can be no death sentences in order for the allowance of error. Our justice system cannot take the fault of a human predator as a whim or chance. It has to be exacting. Now as for the abortion issue until all unwanted children are adopted in the WHOLE world, I don't want to hear nothing about abortion from one person. If you have not adopted all the unwanted children you cannot talk of the crime of abortion. There are millions of uncared for children born and unwanted. Show your pity and empathy to them they are here. |

Dragoness if you pro murder the babies would practice a little self control or at least birth control there would be one hell of a lot less demand for abortion and it could be reserved for cases of rape, incest and to save the life of the mother not as a convenient means of birth control because someone couldn't take proper precautions or practice a bit of restraint. Murder is murder no matter how you slice it, you can't be pro abortion and anti death penalty without being a hypocrite. Are we talking male or female here cause I would be a proponent of salt peter added to all mens food until they are capable of taking care of a child???!!!!! I figure lots of innocents have died because of our injustice system not following the Constitution(Common Law ). Our Contitution is based on Common Law, Which means that if there is no victim ,then there is no crime.FOR EXAMPLE: If someone gets drunk , but does not harm anyone then no crime has been committed. You are not allowed to punish him unless he harms someone or damages them in some way.(Constitution) These are today called victimless crimes, which are not actually crimes. The jails are full of people who have not actually committed any crimes. This govt is guilty of putting innocent people in jail everyday for victimless crimes. Now they are damaging lots of people for no Constitutional reason.(no crime) Under Constitution even speeding would not be a crime until you were careless and damaged someone. Then you could be legitimately punished.There are lots and lots of this unconstitutional stuff going on. And these are crimes.
