I have to admit I am quite sarcastic. But I find that sarcasm doesn't text very well. While some know I am sarcastic at times. Some take me quite serious and get defensive.
So how attractive is sarcasm? |

If it's not demeaning it can be funny.. What some call dry humor as well as sarcastic humor.. but you're right it doesn't text, im or email as well, it's the tone of the voice I think b/c I've been accused many times of being mean and it's very rare that I am mean on purpose...

I never try to demean or be rude to people. I just try to make some people laugh. I feel that having people laugh is a win win situation. Not only makes you smile when they smile. But brightens their day as well.

Sarcasm can be cute BUT only at certain times. If people don't know how to take you...then you are being way to sarcastic!! I would find that being rude!! I think you would be the guy that my friends and I call a jerk.
Maybe you should just tone it down a bit, make sure everyone knows when you are joking. I have not seen you be rude in any threads.  BUT I myself don't think sarcasm is sexy at all.

Well my sarcasm usually full of wit more then the crudeness that is often associated with sarcasm.

sarcasm is dead sexy any woman than can dish it out as well as take it is a winner in my book. i will admit i can be somewhat harsh at times but it is all in good fun and never meant to harm. i agree wit is very sexy especially if i get beat to the punch

I'm not mean, just sarcastic sometimes. I've yet to find anyone on here who can appreciate it in text form. I admit I've been toning it down a bit when I feel myself getting OVERLY sarcastic, at least in my typing. Sucks. <sigh>

I think it works well if you can pull it off. The whole trick to getting it right in the written word is to be subtle enough that you're not bashing people over the head with it, but not so subtle that nobody catches it. It's a skill, like any other. You can improve the more you practice.
You have to be able to gauge the "audience" too, though. Some venues just don't understand the more subtle stuff. Like dating sites.... |

Actually I just like to make people laugh and have a good time. I mean we all have some not so good days that we wish to get away from. Which is why I am here instead of watching tv.
