well after 12 years of having long hair, i cut it off this past summer. yes, my pic is a few months old. i cut it off into a 3(now 4) inch mohawk. and yes...it was green, how'd you guess? do i have pics? nope, haven't taken any. do i put it up? rarely, i don't like spending a bunch of time getting all gussied up.

so here i am, post holiday, thinking about just shaving it off. life was more simple with hair past my shoulders. holidays provided a lot of drama and thought inspiring situations

Well I cut all mine off 6 years ago and it was as long as it is now. I kept it short as yours is on this pic for a year and I couldn't stand it short. So what the hell, I say do what you feel comfortable with and not what anyone else wants and no one likes it. Tell them to get over it lol

oh, in the pic it's pulled back fully. i had the undersides shaved. really, the pic is decieving. i'll throw a couple more up there.

and really, it wasn't so much drama about my hair. meh, it's complicated.

I had hair past shoulder length that I cut a month ago for business purposes. I liked my hair better long, but most others (aside from a few friends) like it short.

I cut about 9 inches off my hair and dyed it black. Everyone was against it until they saw it

Never cut mine off...waiting to get it longer so I can shave the sides and put up a hawk...or longer liberty spikes, either or it won't come off.

about a year ago i used to have dreads down to my waist but i cut them all off for a new job. man i loved them though. they were amazing!

well you guys...

though i value my hair, it seems like such a smaller thing since i cut most of it off anyway. and being that it is hair, it'll grow back if i choose to allow it.

back in my hippie days I had hair down to almost my waist, swore when I got out of the Army Id NEVER cut it but then a wife and my first child came along and :poof it was cut and gone"!
