my friend thinks shes fat, so shes going on a diet, losing 30 POUNDS!!! and she is MAKING me do it too! SO I'm gonna trick her, set the scale to read shes lighter, get food and say its like, carb, fat, and sat fat free, and reduced calories, and its really normal, then, after a while, tell her, and show her that shes perfect just the way she is!

if she finds out what you're doing shes gonna be pretty mad. why not just go on a diet instead? being on a diet doesn't mean you have to eat nasty food. you just have to know what to eat

if she is serious about this then support her, it will make it easier. she just want to become healthy ya know.

like chief all diets arent just bland foods, you just have kno what foods to use to give flavor. you should def support her

she is basically starving me, all I've had today, is a rice cake, and a piece of lettuce, I'M HUNGRY!!! and she trusts me, she wouldn't get too mad.

well that isnt a proper diet.. lol as a friend stop her! and stop what your doing.. that is very unhealthy. you should be eating at least 5-6 small meals a day.. please you and her need to do some research! lol

well you need to tell her, she's not dieting the right way. you should be eating 6-8 COMPACT meals per day because it will rev up your metabolism and you should also add some kind of exercise whether it be weights or cardio. for burning fat you want a high protein low carb, low fat diet.

I know, I tried to get her to eat, and I told her that it as bas, that and I told her I wold do it 1 WEEK, if I thought it was hurting me, I am making her quit.

just be a friend and be supportive
get your homework done and read up on how to do this in a healthy way


but trying to make an illusion could make her feel so huge that she really takes things to the extremes and I'm sure you don't want that
or she could feel that she is so outrageously big that you had to lie for her

Macrobolic Diet.. just google it. it's the same diet i follow in the off season and on season. diet is amazing.

food isnt just the issue here ...getting active is ...dont have to be a gym person to tone up and loose weight, i walk alot, cycle even got rollerblades to keep up with my son..ok maybe thats going to far lol...but eat good food and get mobile

Musclehd has it right. Most people go on a diet, starve themselves and fall off the wagon quickly. I hate the word diet. Instead of "dieting," the only way to lose weight is to change your eating habits. Your body only utilizes so much of what you eat and the rest is passed as waste. 4-6 small meals a day allows your body to utilize almost all of what you eat. A diet alone will not work. Exercise MUST be incorporated.
