I have sent three emails to Mingle2 asking them to delete my account, the first email got a response:

Sincerely, Mingle Support Team That is the last time I have heard from anyone at Mingle2. Then I get a notification that I have been charged for my account WTH are they on about, I have asked for my account to be deleted!!!!! I do not like Mingle2's site, it is a waste of my time. Can anyone tell me how/who to talk to to get this problem solved please ?? |

Accounts are never deleted, only closed, so you can go back at any time and open it, and your original profile will appear. It is always a good idea to cancel your subscription as soon as you take it out. Whether that is for 3/6 or 12 months, it will still run for the required time, but does not automatically renew. As regards refunds, I am not sure how that will work.

I closed my account and I still got charged for the $49.95 fee! I would like a refund please thank you
