I have sent three emails to Mingle2 asking them to delete my account, the first email got a response:

That is the last time I have heard from anyone at Mingle2. Then I get a notification that I have been charged for my account WTH are they on about, I have asked for my account to be deleted!!!!!
I do not like Mingle2's site, it is a waste of my time. Can anyone tell me how/who to talk to to get this problem solved please ??

Accounts are never deleted, only closed, so you can go back at any time and open it, and your original profile will appear. It is always a good idea to cancel your subscription as soon as you take it out. Whether that is for 3/6 or 12 months, it will still run for the required time, but does not automatically renew. As regards refunds, I am not sure how that will work.

I closed my account and I still got charged for the $49.95 fee! I would like a refund please thank you
