Be GREAT to match up with an athletic dude to workout at the gym (L.A. Fitness) and to do tempo-walks.

Am an older guy (67) looking to stay fit--but it is REALLY tough to go it alone.

I powerwalk competitively. There could be mutual benefit from the company of another walker (under 12 minute/mile) pace. I walk in the mid to high 10's and want to get faster while developing stamina

Naturally too without any Gym or instrument to their are best yoga exercises plus basis exercise by sitting in home or garden too can be easily done..
Best is early morning in open green environment.
