Anyone done it? Craigslist? Ebay? Any others?

I have so much stuff I need to get rid of and need to raise some funds to have the war wagon overhauled.

As you all know, I have lots and lots of stuff. Handbags (of all shapes and sizes), clothes, etc.

If you have done this, how were the results? Was it worth the time? I do donate to Goodwill and the Shelters with clothes. But could really use some extra cash.

Talk to me!

Hugs, M

Craigslist first..because it is free.

With ebay...you pay fees even if it does not sell. You'll pay a couple bucks to ebay and a couple bucks to paypal if you allow paypal payments.

The last thing I sold on ebay was for $22.00 and I think it cost me $4 in fees. This is why you should use Craigslist first.

Ebay is good...I actually didnt have a job for over a year and just stayed home and ebayed!! loved it. takes some time but go on there and research your items first to see if it will be worth it.

I consigned all my clothes, made a nice amount of cash....
Never tried Ebay but have seen a few nice "lot of clothing" like 100-200 pieces for $100, that I thought about bidding on....

Yes, I think it is a great idea. I have thought of doing that myself, since I'm a poor college student with children. Can always use extra cash.

I have done craigslist and yahoo groups. Generally you can find buy-sell-trades in your area.

Tried a sample post for a Coach wristlet that I never use. Let's see what becomes of it. If there is any decent response, the camera is coming out and the junk is on the move!

Keep your fingers crossed!
