Human bodies works in different ways. Everything is possible. Young people more easy do both... to eat well and to be fit while for older people this is more harder task... There have many other things who also influence like water, air, physical activity. The air almost everywhere is not cleaned... We eat something what we shouldn't... like micro plastics from plastic bottles and plastic boxes as well almost all world is polluted with this. There have some soaps, cleaning powder and others who include dangerous chemicals slowly go away... Fukishima water will go into the Pacific ocean... Other problem who many people sadly don't understand is that our bodies have needs at same time have different needs. We might be not sure what actually our body needs? The risk to not eay might lead we to become sick or more easy to become sick or even anorexia. Some foods might be dangerous. Everything should to be in different doses for different people.
