Hi if someone has deactivated their but I can still see our message but then they disappear, does it mean they’ve blocked me or deleted. Their account ?

Most likely their account was removed by admin as a fake or scam account. Just forget them and move on.

When someone blocks you, the whole conversation goes too. The same when they are removed by Admin. If you try to send a message to them after they blocked you, you would receive a notification saying that you’ve been blocked.
