Two people A good plumber to do the sink connection and the drain to the kitchenette. An electrician would run a cable and install two new sockets and solve the electrical problem in the apartment. I have already found a painter (my friend's husband) and he did a good job.

I was also looking for a place to park today, the best place was in the parking lot of the store nearby, but you have to do your shopping I'm looking for some extra space to stuff things I can't sell.
