Oooo, tough one. Depends of what time of day it is. Morning's I prefer the drink. But later in the day, or when traveling, I prefer a protein bar.

When I travel alone, by car - get up before sunrise and go as quickly as possible.
When traveling with a child by car or plane - according to a previously agreed plan. When planning a trip with someone, you decide whether to take into account the other person's requests. |

If you are staying overnight in a motel/hotel, which do you prefer... a chain hotel such as Holiday Inn, or local/mom & pop motel? |
