House it within your budget. There are both advantages and disadvantages to each. A house is a lot of work for one person. I live in a 5 level 4 4-bedroom house = with lots to clean, plus front and back yard maintenance is a bltch, lots of stairs. Coconut cream or chocolate pie?

I'm always up early, doesn't matter how late I stay up, I'll be up early, never broke that from the army and I was only in for three years. Going to Sunday brunch or a dinner buffet.
