If you are using the Android app, then tap on the rightmost icon (the circle symbol of an upper body) of the bottom toolbar => settings => Language. Maybe similar in iPhone.

hindi English is the universal language on the main forums. You may communicate in Hindi only in the India forum. If English isn’t your main language then I suggest you use google translate.
