Hi, does anyone know how to delete and clean up emails, views, messages from app etc... ?

Go to your mails, every conversation log with evers user has a wee box to tick on the left hand side. Tick the appropriate box, scroll down, and press "delete". Same with users who viewed you. Using the desktop version, but it should be similar on the app.
