Every time I try to update my profile I get an error screen with "Email already exists" & it won't update. Anybody else had that issue or know how to fix it? Thanks

It seems to me you are trying to create another profile with the same email address as the still existing first one.

You'd think so, but no. I only have one profile & can't update it. Will try the website instead of the app.

Problem solved. Changed email address.

You'd think so, but no. I only have one profile & can update it. I'd delete the whole stinking thing if this site would actually allow it, but you can only "deactivate" on this poxy app. Not true, you CAN delete but you have to request Admin to do it for you. It’s the last option on the drop down list when contacting Admin. |
