Hi..
I've never posted a thread before...But right now, I'm at a place in my life where I guess I just need to send this to anyone who will "listen".. I don't consider myself a "religious" person..I don't know, maybe that is one of the many problems?.... After today, actually the 3rd..I will be without a home, without money, and after today, without my dog...I'm taking him to the Humane Society because I can't take care of him...I can't find him a home...This saddens me beyond belief.. I lost my job..I have no immediate family to turn to.. OK..Maybe this would be considered by most of you a "Pity Party"...However, that isn't my intent... I've never asked for anything... I think what I'm doing right now, this very moment is asking for prayers...I'm sorry for a depressing, maudlin post...But, the good thing is you don't have to read or respond.. Just asking for prayers or something from a Higher Power to help see what I need to see.. To help me feel what I need to feel.. To help me see a sign?...I don't know... I just want to be a good person..Is that asking for too much?.. IF I don't respond, please please don't be offended...I'm leaving in 45 minutes to take my dog to the Humane Society.. Besides, I'm not asking for responses....Just prayers.. Thank You All...Just for taking the time to read... Michele...

It saddens my heart to read your post, I know how hard it must be to have to give up your beloved pet.
I want you to know that I will pray for you. God is the only one that will be there for you no matter what. He will never leave you. All you have to do is ask him. He Loves you with all his heart. Whenever you feel down and all alone, remember your not. God is always there for you just waiting for you to ask him for help. Gods Love is unconditional. He truly Loves you no matter what. It breaks my heart, I know this feeling all to well. I have been there and lost everything but I never ever lost my spirit. I know bad things happen to a lot of good people. I wish I could reachout to you and let you know that things will get better. You will be in my prayers today and everyday. Just want to send a word of encouragement to you. That everything happens for a reason only God holds our futures. I know that only Good Things come from Above. God Bless Michele and Keep Your Hand up on Her today and direct Her in the Path that She Needs to Follow. Amen.

I know that times seem to be hard for u right now, I can relate due to my current situation. Just remember God doesn't put on us no more than we can handle, and I know u can get through this. If u ever need to talk just look me up.

Michele -- Don't give up. Sometimes things have a way of turning around all of a sudden. You never know.
I don't know what the circumstances are behind your current situation, but there are ways to deal with these things. Maybe it's just a matter of finding a place to stay until you can get another job and get back on your feet....not always so simple, but lots of communities offer resources for people who have hit a bad patch. You have friends here. I for one, would hate to see you leave -- but if you do, I would hope you come back and tell us how everything is going, once things have stabilized. Because I do believe things will get better!! -- |

I have been in your shoes and still not quite gotton on my feet yet. It will be OK believe me. I will say prayers for you! Check out your area for Shelters- or Churches. Since you won't have your dog with you- they should be able to find you some shelter. Also the humane society has a program where they will keep your dog- till you can get him back too. Its ruff out there- but you will make it! I lived in my car till Nov.- then it got too cold. I could not go to a shelter- because I would not give my pets up. My chiauhaus would never live without me. My family was not very helpful either. E-mail me if you can and let me know how you are. There is hope after loosing everything... Just hang on!

MsTeddy...I hope that you are doing better and am sorry to hear about your demise...makes me feel less isolated in my current situation....thank you for sharing.. I will go to church tomorrow and hopefully they will be able to give me some direction as to where I could find resources to help me until I get on my feet again... I can't help but think that it could always be worse....that helps me put one foot in front of the other.. Well, at least I'm starting the New Year with a clean slate..can't go anywhere but up from here.. Hope Everyone has a Safe, Healthy New Year!!.. Take Care, Me..

We pray a hedge of protection around her and ask that you send your angels to help her during this trying time.
