Sorry, but sitting on the same side in a booth seems silly to me, I want eye contact, to be facing my date, so no, sounds awkward. OT: if things escalate I'd speak up but I respect a woman that stands up for herself, I don't want someone meek and lacking resolve. Opening the car door or having the car door opened for you on a date.
