My mother recently passed away in July 07. She had cancer. My dad told me about this site so I joined. I know he does not want a serious relationship, but I do know he wants some affection/friendship in his life since he just lost his bestfriend (wife of 26 years). I really dont think he knows how to communicate online like I do with these dating sites. We live in Maryland; Baltimore to be exact. It has been really rough for my father these last 5 or so months but I just want to find him a special lady who he can talk to and share their intrest with and if you're local thats even better. He is under NETFUN. go to Search and just put in Netfun under username. My father is a very good looking heavyset man- Eyes to die for. I would think any lady would be lucky to get to know him...hes so funny but sensitive you will fall in love with him in minutes.

Your a gem for helping your dad like this. I just moved from Hyattsville, MD to overseas, otherwise, I would have taken you up on that ! I'm 50. You might want to add his interests into Netfun. Just a suggestion. Goodluck !

Hey in Baltimore. If he is up to it theres alot of people in Fells Point. Its a great place for him to meet people. Lived there for 15yrs. It shouldnt be too hard for him to find someone.

same thing hapend to my dad when we lost my mom to brest cancerbut i think it is better to let him deal with that him self. i belive your job is to just be there for him. it has been 2 years and its steel hard on him but i am allways there for him. i let him do his thing
