You call them pity parties, I look at them as folks needing to vent, needing some input, needing someone to listen, an understanding heart.

JSH is family of friends and in that vein we must treat all with tolerance and compassion, unless of course it is abusive and/or against the TOU.

I said it in a similar thread this morning, not all topics are going to appeal to everyone, for those that don't appeal to you, stay out of them, simple as that.

Ask or make suggestions, I do it all the time.

It just so happens I was married to a man that had to make ALL the decisions... I really like to make them now!

When I tell my friends, and family that I love them. I truly do, I have a special place in my heart for them. I think its a mixture of infatuation and love, when you say those words to someone you have never met. You love what they say to you, or write to you. As you get to know each other better the feeling can become stronger or weaker, as more is revealed about you. Speaking for myself if I say I love you, that means that you will always hold a special place in my heart, even if we never meet. For the simple reason that you taught me things about myself that if not for you I wouldn't of learned.

My biggest pet peeve also is the posts that someone makes over and over again. Instead of starting a good morning, good evening, good night post daily, Go back to the first one you started and continue it.

Mry, is that part of why you split.
Relationships have to be partnerships with give & take.
Some people don't seem to realize that.
& then wonder why they can't keep a relationship.
