A fly on the wall that a nobody sees,
It buzzes around for someone to see.
It flies all around from you and me,
What it can find and what it can be.

An insect so small, so few that can tell,
Where it came from what it does smell.
Its lifespan is short to compare with you all,
It lives and survives like spot on the wall.

You swing at it once and yes it does fly,
Another short distance, in the blink of an eye.
With quickness and grace, speed that it shows,
The places it’s been to, nobody knows.

It sees many things while it flies all around,
It makes someone giggle, another does frown.
This life was not chosen by this little fly,
It was given to him in the blink of an eye.

It does what it can with speed and such grace,
It buzzes a nose in front of your face.
Ignore it you will, until it annoys you at last,
Swing at it now a flyswatter fast.

This list it is long with people who care,
For strangers to meet and nobody fair.
Someday I will find a friend, who is true,
That will not treat me like somebody’s fool.


Sometimes I think my life is like this,
Ignored by my friends and put on a list.
Talk to me now but talk to me true,
I will no longer be a nobody fool.

to see this fly,
who passed us by,
just to be a fly,
we swat at you so high,
then you just went right by,
like a tiny spot,
fly to here,
or to that rot,
fly from there,
yet be forgot,
you are a fly,as you've heard,
when did you come from that turd,
you are only food,to that big bird,
this is your life,as you heard,
short lived as you grow,
all our secrets,that you know,
a dot,a lil'spot,everywhere you go,
splat yer dead,before you know,
please take care,
stay out of her hair,
if I swat,then your not,
just a small spot,tall yer not,
I just can't feel it,
just not too real it,
a friggin poem of a fly,
so do not cry,
it's just a fly,
it won't fall,
